A prominent gaming technology firm, Scientific Games, has inked a deal with Hessen Lottery, the German lottery operator, to extend their long-standing technical alliance.
Under the terms of the agreement, Scientific Games will furnish Hessen Lottery with its cutting-edge Symphony gaming system technology and will transfer its existing AEGIS gaming system to the operator, which encompasses the state of Hesse.
The Symphony system will bolster new gaming entertainment choices and novel distribution channels, as Hessen Lottery endeavors to expand its online channels and introduce fresh gaming areas.
The initial phase of this modernization plan will witness Scientific Games’ OGS Open Gaming System linked to Hessen Lottery’s internet system, enabling players across Germany to wager online directly through the lottery website.
Scientific Games will provide software support for Hessen Lottery from its technical facilities in Vienna, Austria.

“With Scientific Games’ adaptable modular system design, we will be able to incorporate our wide array of games and services and present them to our players on a streamlined platform.”
