The transaction, valued at an unprecedented £22 million, grants AXL entry to Astute’s extensive advertising network, reaching upwards of 9 million individuals per day through its diverse subsidiaries.
This strategic maneuver signifies AXL’s commitment to growth, propelling them into uncharted territories and reinforcing their dominant position within the sports wagering affiliate landscape.
AXL already commands a network exceeding 2,000 gambling and sports-related websites, directing an impressive 6,000 new clients to their collaborators each month. This recent acquisition follows closely on the heels of two other substantial deals this year: the £260,000 procurement of TipsBettingMedia Ltd (also headquartered in the UK) and the record-setting €1.15 million purchase of the well-known affiliate platform, oddstake.com.
Alex Munteanu, the architect and head of AXL, spoke frankly about the weight of this agreement. “This is a transformative event,” he declared. “It represents our most significant acquisition to date and a pivotal step in our quest to become the world’s preeminent iGaming affiliate enterprise.
